What is TOEFL?

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is a Test of English language proficiency for non-native speakers of English wishing to enter undergraduate degree program.

How we prepare you for TOEFL

Mentora College provides two session options; morning or afternoon. Classes are 4 weeks long. We know that each student learns differently, that’s why our student-centered and differentiated communicative approach is followed throughout the classes.

COURSES

TOF 301: Intermediate TOEFL
This course will introduce students to the format of the TOEFL iBT and the skills and knowledge tested on the exam. Its aim is to improve students’ overall TOEFL exam scores. Test taking skills will be taught in conjunction with English language skills and vocabulary content knowledge. Direct instruction will be followed by individual practice and whole class review of answers. In addition, review of answers will be used as a teaching tool.
TOF 302: Advanced TOEFL
Our TOEFL preparation course is ideal to prepare advanced students to take the TOEFL iBT exam required for admission to many U.S. universities. These courses focus on preparing students for the TOEFL test while simultaneously developing their academic skills. Rigorous practice of TOEFL-style questions is given. Exercises are analyzed so that students can understand the logic of the test.
